Pradera France agrees leases in excess of 6,000 square metres for its centres

Habitat, the leading retailer of household furnishings, has extended its leases at Les Armoiries Shopping Centre (Bry-sur-Marne), Build’Air Shopping Centre (Avignon) and Champèa Shopping (Reims), for a 10-year period. Buld’Air Shopping Centre is also welcoming new retailer Eglo, leading global manufacturer of light fittings, with fashion outlet store Urban Stock opening soon at Champèa Shopping.
